Wrong CSV format when EPM is launched

Appreciate your help.

There is an error "Wrong CSV format"when I connect EPM to connect to consolidation model in SAP BPC IFRS Starter Kit..

Below is the log from EPM:

The ParentH1, the hierarchy node and A1110 (lowest level) are available in BW and BPC.
