We are experiencing problems when we visualize reports on distinct machines with similar o equivalent software environment, using the EPM Addin 17 Patch 1 for NET 3.5, BPC 10.0,
PC 1 which has Windows 7 64 bits, Excel 2013 32 bits, EPM Addin 17 P1 for NET 3.5, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1, has problems to refresh the data using the internal button in the Report (it doesn't do anything when we click the internal refresh button), but if we open another reports it allows us to use the internal refresh button. We have another PC with the same software as the previous PC described, and this machine works without problems with the same report, which causes problem in the previously PC described.
I have tried some notes related to VBA macros issues, I've reinstalled the EPM Addin, deleting registry entries and some folders which doesn't remove the uninstall process,I deleted the *exd (MsForms.exd) files on %temp% and %appdata%, I tried the new version of the Addin (20 P 2), and I had to go back to the same Addin version because I had other visualization problems (show excel columns, when the code try to hide them).
If someone have fixed a similar problem or if you can give me other suggestions, I will appreciate your comments.
